To optimise the life and reliability of your Tractor, it's important to service it regularly. Here are a few points that will help you bring order to your machine maintenance.

Daily routines

  • Check oil, lubricate pivot points as necessary.
  • Check to see all bolts, nuts, and cotter pins are in place and secure.
  • Check the battery, terminals and vents.
  • Recharge slowly at 6 amperes if needed.
  • Clean air screen.
  • Keep tractor free of dirt and chaff to prevent engine damage or overheating.
  • Check brake operation.

As needed

  • Check brake operations.
  • Chech tire pressure.
  • Toe-in adjustment.
  • Carburetor adjustment.

Maintenance in hours

Every 8 hours

  • Clean air screen.
  • Clean air filter and pre-cleaner.

Every 25 hours

  • Lubricate pivot points.
  • Clean battery and terminals.

Every 50 hours

  • Clean engine coolin fins.
  • Change engine oil.
  • Check muffler.

Every 100 hours

  • Replace air cleaner paper cartridge.
  • Replace spark plugs.
  • Lubricate ball joints.

Every 200 hours

  • Replace fuel filter.
